On the night of Saturday 18 June 2011 disco fever will come to Amersham as Iain Rennie Hospice at Home (IRHH) holds its fifth and final Goodnight Walk in the Amersham area. This year the event will be staged as the biggest ‘70s party in the Chilterns. Hundreds of walkers will don their flares, hot pants, wigs and whacky shirts to walk through the night to raise money for the IRHH nursing service.
There are 2 routes to chose from this year, a 5 mile route and a 10 miler. Both routes will be set off together and will start and finish at the Amersham Polish Club.

Over the past four years the Goodnight Walk has raised an impressive figure of over £300,000 for the charity and this year’s target is £75,000. Every walker is being asked to aim to raise £150 which funds an Iain Rennie nurse for 24 hours.
Although originally designed with women in mind, the IRHH Goodnight Walk is now one of the only events of its kind that openly welcomes men walkers too. So disco divas can bring along their very own John Travoltas – or hope to meet some along the way
Please register today to avoid disappointment!
